Please choose carefully, as we do not refund if you change your mind or if you made a mistake when ordering from the website.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (activation code must be returned as well in case of “Zbooks” product purchase).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Non-refundable items:

* Downloadable software products

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Item with obvious signs of use

* Any item not in its original condition or is damaged.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund has been approved, then a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you refund was delayed, please try to contact your credit card company or bank first, as it may take some time before your refund is processed.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. If you need to exchange it, please contact us using our web site contact form at www.antalex.co.nz/contact-us



Once we receive the payment from your order, we will ship your order in 2-5 business days.
Delivery will take 2-5 business days nationaly after the order has shipped.
International orders may take longer to arrive, you will receive a shipment notification email with an estimated delivery date.

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided at www.antalex.co.nz/contact-us

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
